Monthly orders will be placed on the 1st of the month to fill any orders placed through the site. Once I have placed my order from the supplier including items for your order it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please be aware that if you place your order after noon (EST) on the first of the month it may not be ordered for you until the next re-order is placed. All orders placed prior to the 1st of the month will ship by the 15th.
